Focusing on a “borrower first” strategy, our 2nd Lien Recovery Team has developed and is actively implementing an innovative business model for capitalizing on the firm’s investment in this specific sector. Since joining WMD Capital Markets in early 2010, Senior Vice President, Clay Jacobs is leading the group in sourcing data, consumer marketing, research, servicer relations, and the day to day operations of our 2nd lien department. Clay began his mortgage experience as an analyst at Farmer Savings Bank and has an extensive entrepreneurial background in retail, distribution management
and insurance: program and reinsurance.
